Projects
I worked on several corporate action projects during my active days as a financial analyst. At the time, I was mostly involved in building financial models using DCF method to calculate NPV, IRR, and other indicators and to conduct sensitivity analysis to conclude feasibility of the proposed projects or investments. Some of the noteworthy projects I was involved in are:
- Feasibility study on an asset divestment & share acquisition of a real-estate company (Jakarta, 2013),
- Feasibility study on an asset divestment of a hospitality company (Jakarta-Bali, 2014),
- Corporate budgeting of a sea transportation company (Gresik, 2014),
- Feasibility study on the acquisition of a foreign cement company by a state-owned cement company (Myanmar, 2014),
- Feasibility study for the acquisition of oil palm plantations in Papua (Papua, 2018),
- Development of a comprehensive long-term corporate plan for a state-owned port company (Surabaya, 2019),
- Highest and best-use study on post-mining land development conducted for a coal company (Bontang, 2020),
- Highest and best-use study on land development for residential projects and commercial areas (Sidoarjo, 2021),
- Feasibility study for the establishment of a city-owned company (Surabaya, 2022)
Halal products scraper. This is a small project for scraping halal certificates of products that listed on BPJPH web. The scraper uses Python. Full source code here.
Area code scraper. A simple script to extract area code (the one that listed in people’s id cards) throughout Indonesia from https://www.nomor.net/. Source code can be found here.
